Health, Safety and Training Advisor

We’re seeking a Health, Safety & Training Advisor who holds a strong focus on mobile plant equipment training. This is a permanent, site-based role which offers exciting challenges, career growth and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Need

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or above)
• Cert IV in Health & Safety (or above)
• Australian Driver’s Licence
• QLD Coal Mining experience
• Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
• Complete a National Police Clearance & Pre-Employment Medical
• Unrestricted Australian work rights (visa sponsorship not available)
• Site Based Training mobilisation experience (highly regarded) 
• Mobile plant equipment training experience (highly regarded)
• CMS monitoring and reporting skills (highly regarded)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and maintain training, assessments & safety documentation
• Support and coach managers on safety systems & processes
• Monitor, track & report safety and training performance
• Lead investigations & manage corrective actions
• Conduct audits, inspections & injury management
• Ensure mobilisation and training compliance for all site personnel
